Oracle Exadata Maintenance — vendor-independent service for X5, X6, X7, X8M and X9M
We service Oracle Exadata Database Machines at hardware level after Oracle Premier Support expiration — vendor-independent, with OEM parts and SLA up to 24×7×4. Database servers, cell storage servers, InfiniBand/RoCE switches, PDUs. Oracle Database software stays with Oracle — we handle hardware.
Which Oracle Exadata models we service
Exadata is Oracle's engineered system for their own database — the most expensive hardware class. We service all generations from eighth-rack X3-2 to full-rack X9M-8. We separate transparently: hardware is us, database is Oracle.
Why TPM maintenance instead of Oracle Premier Support (Exadata)
Oracle Premier Support for Exadata is above-average expensive — Oracle tends to couple hardware support to database licenses. For X5-2 and X6-2 reaching EOSL, Premier Support is often no longer renewed.
We separate clearly: hardware maintenance is us (compute nodes, cell storage, switches, PDUs, disks, memory, PSUs). Oracle Database, Exadata software, Oracle Linux stay with Oracle.

EOSL status of major generations
Once the vendor ends official support, renewals become unavailable or disproportionately expensive. TPM closes exactly this gap — same hardware coverage, same SLA, significantly cheaper.
| Model family | Released | OEM support ends | TPM status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Exadata X3-2 | 2012 | 2020 | Recommended |
| Exadata X4-2 | 2013 | 2021 | Recommended |
| Exadata X5-2 | 2014 | 2022 | Recommended |
| Exadata X6-2 | 2016 | 2024 | Recommended |
| Exadata X7-2 | 2017 | 2025 | Recommended |
| Exadata X8-2 / X8M-2 | 2019 | ca. 2026/2027 | Supported |
| Exadata X9M-2 / X9M-8 | 2021+ | ca. 2028+ | Supported |
