Yes. SPARC M5 and M6 (released 2013, EOSL 2023) are still productive in many DACH banks and telecom data centers.

For SPARC M-series we generally recommend 24×7×4 due to mission-critical workloads (Oracle Database RAC, large Solaris applications, bank core).
Does Oracle Database remain fully licensed?
Yes, fully. Oracle Database, Oracle RAC, Oracle Solaris, Oracle VM Server for SPARC and all Oracle software licenses run unchanged via Oracle and are not affected by a hardware maintenance switch.
Do we lose the warranty?
No. Factory warranty and Oracle Premier Support are contractual services.
