Fujitsu Maintenance — server, mission-critical and storage from a single source
We service the complete Fujitsu data center range vendor-independently: PRIMERGY servers (RX, TX, BX, CX), PRIMEQUEST mission-critical systems and the ETERNUS storage portfolio (DX, AF, JX, LT). Also after Fujitsu Solution Contract and Service Pack expiration. Particularly for DACH mid-market with large Fujitsu install bases. Typical TPM topics at the compute layer: BMC/iLO/iDRAC firmware updates without OEM login (lockout risk after contract end), DIMM failures as the most frequent server defect, and BIOS CPU microcode patches for Spectre/Meltdown-class vulnerabilities.

DetailsMission-critical servers for SAP HANA and Oracle workloads. High-availability hardware with redundant subsystems.
SPARC M12
DetailsMission-critical SPARC hardware for Solaris workloads, jointly developed by Fujitsu and Oracle. Hardware maintenance separate from Solaris subscription.
How does TPM compare to the OEM contract?
Example PRIMERGY RX2540 M5 with 4-year Service Pack 24×7×4: EUR 1,300–1,750/year OEM, EUR 750–900/year with TechCare TPM.
- EOSL hardware: On EOSL models (PRIMERGY S7/S8, ETERNUS DX generations, BX900 blade chassis) 50–70 % savings vs. Service Pack — Fujitsu EOSL extensions DACH-specific partly available but expensive.
- Multi-year contract: 3-year TPM contract: additional 5–10 % discount, 5-year contract: 10–15 %. Plus fixed-price lock against OEM list-price increases.
- ServerView Suite / iRMC subscription
- Fujitsu software-stack subscriptions
- Fujitsu TAC software tickets + firmware releases
- Hardware defects (memory, disk, PSU, mainboard, modules)
- 24×7×4 on-site SLA with German-speaking field service
- Spare-parts logistics DACH + global hub network
- Fixed-price contract in 48 h, one inventory — one contract
Why Fujitsu maintenance via TechCare instead of Fujitsu Solution Contract / Service Pack
Fujitsu has a strong position in the German-speaking mid-market and public sector — many customers have built up PRIMERGY install bases over years, often with public sector contracts or as standard platform for SAP environments. Plus PRIMEQUEST for mission-critical workloads and ETERNUS storage as backbone. On EOSL models like RX2540 M1/M2, BX900 S2 or older ETERNUS DX generations, Fujitsu renewals are either no longer offered or cost disproportionately.
We service all PRIMERGY generations, PRIMEQUEST and ETERNUS in one contract with OEM parts, German-speaking engineers and SLA up to 24×7×4. ServerView and iRMC remain fully usable. For PRIMEQUEST we specialize in SAP HANA-certified hardware maintenance — software certification runs via Fujitsu/SAP.
Compute-specific TPM topics: BMC/iLO/iDRAC firmware updates without OEM subscription, DIMM failure diagnostics (the most common server defect after PSU), and BIOS CPU microcode patches for Spectre-/Meltdown-class vulnerabilities — also post-EoSL via mirror repositories.
