Which Fujitsu PRIMERGY models we service
Fujitsu PRIMERGY has disproportionate presence in the European market — not least because of historic manufacturing in Augsburg. We know the quirks of the RX, TX, BX and CX families and cover all generations, including the discontinued BX900 blade platform and the mission-critical PRIMEQUEST series.
Why TPM maintenance instead of Fujitsu Solution Contract / Service Pack
Fujitsu has a particularly strong position in the German-speaking mid-market and public sector — many customers have built up PRIMERGY footprints over years, often with public sector contracts. For EOSL models like RX2540 M1/M2 or BX900 S2, Fujitsu renewals are either no longer offered or cost disproportionately, even though the hardware still runs flawlessly.
We service all PRIMERGY generations with OEM original parts, German-speaking engineers and SLA up to 24×7×4. ServerView and iRMC remain fully usable. On request we also cover the mission-critical PRIMEQUEST segment.

EOSL status of major generations
Once the vendor ends official support, renewals become unavailable or disproportionately expensive. TPM closes exactly this gap — same hardware coverage, same SLA, significantly cheaper.
