We service all PRIMEQUEST generations with OEM original parts — CPU modules (Intel Xeon E7 families), memory modules with mirroring logic, IOU and SB modules, crossbar components. RAS features remain fully preserved.

We service PRIMEQUEST 3400/3800 (current, 4-/8-socket), PRIMEQUEST 2400E2/E3 and 2800E2/E3 (predecessor generation) and older PRIMEQUEST 1400/1800 (1st generation, EOSL).
What does TPM cost for PRIMEQUEST vs. Fujitsu SolutionPack?
30 to 60 percent savings vs. Fujitsu SolutionPack, up to 70 percent on EOSL models. A PRIMEQUEST 2800E3 with 24×7×4 costs 12,000 to 18,000 EUR/year with Fujitsu, 5,000 to 8,000 EUR with TechCare.
Does TPM preserve RAS features (Reliability, Availability, Serviceability)?
Yes. RAS features are anchored in the hardware architecture (redundant memory mirroring, hot-plug CPUs, hot-plug IOU modules, lock-step logic). On hardware defects we swap defective modules — RAS architecture remains fully preserved.
Can you service older PRIMEQUEST 1800?
Yes. PRIMEQUEST 1400/1800 (released 2010-2012, EOSL 2020-2022) are still productive in some DACH SAP and bank data centers.
What about ServerView and ESM?
ServerView Operations Manager and ESM continue to work as part of the hardware. SAP HANA hardware certificates remain valid — certification is tied to hardware configuration, not maintenance partner.
Which SLA levels for PRIMEQUEST?
For PRIMEQUEST we generally recommend 24×7×4 due to mission-critical workloads (SAP HANA, large Oracle databases).
Do we lose the warranty?
No. Factory warranty and Fujitsu SolutionPack are contractual services.
