Dell PowerEdge Maintenance — vendor-independent service for R, T, MX and C series
We service Dell PowerEdge servers after factory warranty and after Dell ProSupport — vendor-independent, with OEM original parts and SLA up to 24×7×4. Also in the EOSL period. 30 to 60 percent below OEM list price. Fixed-price quote in 48 hours.
Which PowerEdge models we service
We cover the complete PowerEdge family — from the current 16th generation back to models that have been End-of-Service-Life for years. Every model group has its quirks, and we know them.
Why TPM maintenance instead of Dell ProSupport
Dell ProSupport and ProSupport Plus have become noticeably more expensive in recent years — especially for server generations that have passed their fifth year of operation. The list price often rises exponentially, while the hardware runs technically flawlessly.
We provide the same service quality — OEM original parts from Dell's own supply chain, German-speaking onsite engineers in DACH, guaranteed SLA — at 30 to 70 percent lower cost. No hardware replacement, no migration, no risk.

EOSL status of PowerEdge generations
Once Dell ends official support for a generation (typically seven years after release), ProSupport extensions are either no longer offered or become disproportionately expensive. TPM closes exactly this gap — with the same hardware coverage, the same SLA, significantly cheaper.
