We service Vertiv (formerly Emerson Network Power) Liebert UPS systems after Vertiv Service expiration — vendor-independent, with OEM original parts and SLA up to 24×7×4. Liebert GXT for edge through NXL/EXM for large installations. Also in the EOSL period for older Liebert NX and Hipulse platforms. Typical TPM topics at the power layer: battery lifecycle (typically 5–7 years before voltage drift), runtime testing under load, and bypass-switch service on modular UPS platforms.

Why Vertiv maintenance via TechCare instead of Vertiv Service / LIFE Services
Vertiv (formerly Emerson Network Power before 2016) is widely deployed in the European market under the 'Liebert' branding — historically in banks, insurers, industrial sites and telecom nodes. Liebert NX and Hipulse platforms are 15-20 years old in many DACH sites and still running.
We service all Liebert/Vertiv generations with OEM original parts — power modules, inverter cards, control electronics, bypass switches, fans. On modular platforms (APM, EXM, EXL S1) module swaps are well-planned. Vertiv LIFE Services as cloud telemetry remains separate.
UPS-specific TPM topics: battery pack diagnostics + planned replacement after capacity test (no reactive approach), bypass switch procedure before every module swap for zero downtime, and PFC/inverter module service without OEM lock-in. Battery recycling compliant with German DGUV standards.

Which Vertiv/Liebert UPS systems do you service?
We service the complete Liebert range: GXT family (GXT4, GXT5), NXC and APM (mid-range), EXM/EXM2 (modular), NXL and EXL S1 (large installations), ITA, PSI, PSP and older Liebert NX and Hipulse. Climate components (Liebert PEX, CRV) on request.
What does TPM cost compared to Vertiv Service?
30 to 60 percent savings vs. Vertiv Service / LIFE Services, up to 70 percent on EOSL models. A NXC 120kVA with 24×7×4 costs 8,000 to 12,000 EUR/year with Vertiv, 3,500 to 5,500 EUR with TechCare.
Can you service older Liebert NX and Hipulse?
Yes, this is a DACH focus area. Liebert NX (released 2003-2008, EOSL 2018-2020) and Hipulse (older, long past EOSL) are 15-20 years old in many bank data centers and industrial sites and still running.
Are batteries part of the maintenance?
No — UPS batteries are consumables. We coordinate VRLA battery replacement separately via established partners. On modular Liebert systems (APM, EXM) battery swap is often possible during operation.
Which SLA levels for Vertiv?
Parts Only, 5×9 NBD, 24×7×4 — freely selectable. For NXL/EXL in productive large installations we recommend 24×7×4.
What about Vertiv LIFE Services?
LIFE Services as cloud telemetry and predictive analytics platform runs separately via Vertiv. Hardware maintenance is separable.
Do you also service climate components (Liebert PEX, CRV)?
Yes, on request. Liebert PEX and Liebert CRV we cover when needed — these have different maintenance logic and are often better served by specialized cooling partners.
