Supermicro SuperServer Rack Maintenance — vendor-independent service for 1U/2U/4U
We service Supermicro SuperServer standard rack servers after factory warranty and Supermicro support — vendor-independent, with OEM CPUs, RAM, SSDs, NICs, power supplies and fan modules from our own warehouse, SLA up to 24×7×4. Complete standard rack family. 30 to 60 percent below Supermicro support.
Which SuperServer rack models we service
SuperServer standard rack is Supermicro's central server portfolio — single-box servers in 1U/2U/4U form factor with standard components. Three generations coexist: X11 (Skylake/Cascade Lake), X12 (Ice Lake), X13 (Sapphire Rapids/Emerald Rapids).
Why TPM maintenance for SuperServer rack
Supermicro hardware has a structural TPM advantage over Dell, HPE and Cisco: off-the-shelf components without proprietary caddies, lock-in boards or license-coupled iLO/iDRAC controllers. Standard Intel Xeon CPUs, standard DDR4/DDR5 RAM, standard NVMe SSDs — refurbishing pools for DACH fleets are deep and economically available. TPM terms for SuperServer are therefore significantly more attractive than for proprietary-component OEM servers, typically 40-50 percent below Supermicro support.
We service SuperServer rack with OEM components from our own warehouse — all generations X11/X12/X13 and sub-variants. DACH-market specialty: Many customers have Supermicro hardware not directly from the manufacturer but through distributors (Thomas Krenn, Boston Server & Storage, Bechtle, ICO). Maintenance contracts run either through the distributor or directly with Supermicro — often with mixed service structures. TPM is the ideal consolidation: one contract covers SuperServer fleets across all distributors, plus all other vendors in the same construct.
