In recent years Huawei has partially withdrawn from DACH service operations — many customers with active Huawei fleets seek alternative maintenance partners. We provide exactly that: full hardware maintenance with OEM parts, SLAs and German-speaking service. 30 to 60 percent below Huawei list price. Typical TPM topics at the network layer: optic and transceiver replacements (most frequent hardware defect after PSU), linecard/module hot-swap for zero-downtime swaps, and config backup of switch/routing settings before every intervention.

Example Huawei CloudEngine 6800 with 4-year Huawei Service: EUR 1,500–2,200/year OEM (if available), EUR 950–1,000/year with TechCare TPM.

Why Huawei maintenance via TechCare instead of Huawei Service / Huawei Premier Support
Huawei hardware in the European market is mainly deployed at telcos, larger mid-market companies and service providers that purchased Huawei in the 2010s as economic alternative to Cisco, HPE or Dell. In recent years Huawei has reduced service operations in Europe — many customers with active fleets increasingly struggle to find reliable service paths. Yet devices are technically often fine and can run for many more years.
We service all Huawei platforms with OEM original parts — mainboards, PSUs, disks, cache modules, linecards, SFP+/SFP28 optics of all generations. iManager software for switch management continues to work as part of the hardware.
Networking-specific TPM topics: In-Service Software Upgrade (ISSU) for zero-downtime swaps of linecards and supervisor/routing modules, planned optic/transceiver replacement (the most common network defect after power supply), and traffic mirroring before every hardware change for clean BGP/OSPF convergence without forensic gaps.
