Huawei Premier Support is above average expensive in the European market, particularly after factory warranty expiration — TPM reduces this to 30 to 60 percent, up to 70 percent on EOSL models like the RH series.

FusionServer is Huawei's data center server platform, common in the European market with telecommunications providers, larger mid-market and research data centers. Generations often coexist over long periods — V5 fleets from 2018+ frequently run alongside V6/V7 new purchases, plus still-productive RH generations from 2014–2016. We service all generations uniformly.
Why TPM maintenance for Huawei FusionServer
Huawei Premier Support is above-average expensive in the European market and increasingly less present since 2019. Huawei has reduced its service capacities in the western market following geopolitical developments — existing DACH fleets continue to be supported, but tariffs are high, regional engineer availability is more constrained, and renewal becomes difficult or is no longer available for older generations. At the same time, FusionServer fleets in the DACH telecommunications industry and larger mid-market are robust and productive — this hardware often runs stably for 8–10 years without technical refresh pressure. This exact tension makes TPM economically particularly attractive for Huawei.
We service FusionServer with OEM components from our own warehouse and certified refurbishing sources — mainboards, power supplies, memory modules, disks (SAS/SATA/SSD/NVMe), cache boards and fan modules for all current and EOSL generations. Our engineers are familiar with the Huawei iBMC architecture and FusionServer hardware layouts. iBMC remote management stays license-free active under TPM (eSight and FusionDirector as software subscriptions run independently of hardware maintenance). For EOSL generations like RH1288 V3 or RH2288 V3 that Huawei no longer renews, we are often the only available maintenance option on the market.

Generation status of FusionServer line
FusionServer generations follow a 7–10 year lifecycle with long parallel coexistence of V5/V6/V7. Factory warranty typically 3 years, then Huawei Premier Support or TPM. The RH series from 2014–2015 has reached EOSL and is no longer renewable from Huawei — TPM is often the only option here.
