BladeSystem c-Class has been HPE's blade platform since 2006 — c7000 (10U, 16 blade bays) and c3000 (6U, 8 blade bays). HPE ended BladeSystem sales in 2020.
Why TPM maintenance for BladeSystem instead of HPE Pointnext
HPE ended BladeSystem sales in 2020 and pushes Synergy as composable infrastructure successor. A Synergy migration is expensive (full refresh: frame, compute, image streamer).

Onsite engineer
German-speaking technicians in DACH with c7000 BladeSystem experience, 4-hour response. ProLiant and VC Manager expertise.
Flexible SLA per enclosure
Parts Only, 5×9 NBD or 24×7×4 — configurable per c7000 enclosure. Production enclosures with 8+ active blades: 24×7×4 with spare blade hold.
Multi-vendor contract
One contract for BladeSystem and all other vendors.
VC Manager stays
Virtual Connect Manager, OA management and Onboard Insight Display stay functional. Migration profiles, FlexFabric mapping, boot-from-SAN configs continue unchanged.
iLO 4/5 stays functional
iLO 4 (Gen8/Gen9) and iLO 5 (Gen10) stay fully functional. Remote console, virtual media, power control — all usable. Firmware updates limited without HPE contract.
