We service QNAP rack systems vendor-independently: TS-h with QuTS hero, classic TS-xU with QTS, ES dual controllers, TDS-h all-flash and the TL and REXP expansion units — current models and older generations after the manufacturer warranty ends. Replacement unit or spare part per SLA up to 24×7×4, drive migration, recovery via HBS 3 or snapshot replication. QTS, QuTS hero and licences stay with the manufacturer.
Which QNAP rack systems we service
Backup target, video archive, ZFS storage for virtualisation — QNAP rarely stands alone. We take it into the same contract as the rest of the hardware.
Why TPM for QNAP rack systems
The QNAP warranty runs two to five years depending on the model and can be extended only within that period. After that, a mainboard, power-supply or backplane defect means a new purchase including migration — for a backup target a risk no audit likes to see.
We take over regardless of age: replacement unit or spare part per SLA, drive migration into the replacement system, recovery via HBS 3 or snapshot replication, expansion units and power supplies. QTS, QuTS hero, apps and myQNAPcloud stay with the manufacturer. All in the same contract as servers, enterprise storage and switches.
Manufacturer support status of major generations
Once the manufacturer ends hardware support for a generation there is no extension any more — yet the devices often run for years. We close that gap: replacement unit from our pool, same SLA, regardless of age.
