NetApp Maintenance — vendor-independent service for FAS and AFF storage
We service NetApp FAS and AFF storage systems after NetApp SupportEdge expiration — vendor-independent, with OEM original parts (disks, NVRAM, controller FRUs, PCM modules) and SLA up to 24×7×4. Also after End-of-Availability. 30 to 60 percent below NetApp list price.
Which NetApp FAS & AFF models we service
NetApp is storage standard in DACH mid-market and enterprise. We cover the full FAS range (hybrid) and AFF (all-flash) — from older FAS2200/FAS3200 up to current AFF A800/A900. Important: ONTAP software subscription stays with NetApp, we handle the hardware.
Why TPM maintenance instead of NetApp SupportEdge
NetApp SupportEdge is solid, but not cheap — especially for older FAS and AFF systems still running flawlessly after 5–7 years. At End-of-Availability (NetApp's term for lifecycle end), renewals are either no longer offered or quoted at rates that suggest replacement, even though the hardware still runs problem-free.
We provide OEM original parts (disks of all generations, NVRAM modules, controller FRUs, PCM modules, PSUs), experienced storage engineers (ONTAP-aware, hardware-focused) and SLA up to 24×7×4. We clarify the ONTAP subscription topic transparently — for active new ONTAP features NetApp usually still makes sense, for legacy versions TPM alone is sufficient.

EOSL status of major generations
Once the vendor ends official support, renewals become unavailable or disproportionately expensive. TPM closes exactly this gap — same hardware coverage, same SLA, significantly cheaper.
