Why Eaton maintenance via TechCare instead of Eaton Service / Eaton PowerAdvantage
Eaton is mainly deployed in larger DACH data centers, critical infrastructure and industrial environments. 9395 and 9PHD are standard in banks, insurers and telecom sites. Eaton Service is positioned in the premium segment.
We service all Eaton platforms with OEM original parts — power modules, inverter cards, control electronics, bypass switches, fans. ESS modules on 9395P and 9PHD we service fully. Foreseer and PowerXpert Insight as Eaton software subscriptions remain separate.
UPS-specific TPM topics: battery pack diagnostics + planned replacement after capacity test (no reactive approach), bypass switch procedure before every module swap for zero downtime, and PFC/inverter module service without OEM lock-in. Battery recycling compliant with German DGUV standards.
