Eaton is mainly deployed in larger DACH data centers, critical infrastructure and industrial environments. 9395 and 9PHD are standard in banks, insurers and telecom sites. Eaton Service is positioned in the premium segment.

We service all Eaton platforms with OEM original parts — power modules, inverter cards, control electronics, bypass switches, fans. ESS modules on 9395P and 9PHD we service fully. Foreseer and PowerXpert Insight as Eaton software subscriptions remain separate.

What does TPM cost compared to Eaton Service?

Can you service older 9395 1st generation?
Yes. 9395 1st generation (released 2007-2010, EOSL 2020-2022) is still productive in many DACH bank data centers and telecom sites.
Are batteries part of the maintenance?
No — UPS batteries are consumables with their own lifespan (4-7 years for VRLA, 8-10 years for lithium-ion). We coordinate replacement separately via established partners.
Which SLA levels for Eaton?
Parts Only, 5×9 NBD, 24×7×4 — freely selectable. For 9PHD and 9395 in productive large installations we generally recommend 24×7×4.
What about Foreseer and PowerXpert Insight?
Foreseer (Power Management Software) and PowerXpert Insight (cloud telemetry) are Eaton software subscriptions that run separately via Eaton.
Do you offer scheduled maintenance?
Yes, optionally as a supplement to the maintenance contract. For large installations annual inspections are recommended — visual checks of power modules, battery capacity measurement, bypass switch testing.
