Cisco Maintenance — vendor-independent service for Catalyst, Nexus, ASR and ISR
We service Cisco network hardware after Cisco SMARTnet expiration and after EoSL — vendor-independent, with OEM original parts, SLA up to 24×7×4 and configuration-aware engineers. Also in the EoSL period. 30 to 60 percent below Cisco list price.
Which Cisco Catalyst & Nexus models we service
Cisco hardware ages differently than servers: switch and router lifecycles are longer, hardware failures rarer — but when something happens, it must be fast. We cover the key Cisco families for campus, data center and WAN.
Why TPM maintenance instead of Cisco SMARTnet / Solution Support
Cisco SMARTnet is above-average expensive compared to other OEMs — especially for older switch and router generations like Catalyst 3850, Nexus 5500 or ASR 1000 series. Renewals become expensive, and the premium on end-of-support hardware jumps.
We understand Cisco hardware. We stock OEM parts (linecards, supervisor modules, SFP/SFP+/QSFP optics, PSUs, fans). Important: Cisco maintenance is hardware maintenance — IOS/NX-OS licenses and DNA subscriptions run separately via Cisco. We make that clear and advise where TPM makes sense and where it doesn't.
Generations timeline & TPM coverage
Per hardware generation: vendor phase (slate) and TechCare coverage window (teal) up to ~5 years post-OEM EOSL.

EOSL status of major generations
Once the vendor ends official support, renewals become unavailable or disproportionately expensive. TPM closes exactly this gap — same hardware coverage, same SLA, significantly cheaper.
| Model family | Released | OEM support ends | TPM status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Catalyst 2960-X / 3560-X / 3750-X | 2010–2013 | 2022–2025 | Recommended |
| Catalyst 6500 / 6800 | 2006–2014 | 2025 | Recommended |
| Nexus 5500 / 5600 | 2010/2014 | 2022/2025 | Recommended |
